精密铸造加工不锈钢齿轮的几个关键环节

  在不锈钢精密铸造齿轮加工过程中,那些先进的毛坯成型工艺,更稳定精细的热处理工艺,特别合适的表面硬化处理工艺,都是最终形成精细齿轮的关键因素。例如,磨削过程中有几个关键环节:只要选择刃口锋利、磨削面应力小的砂轮,就可以增加磨削进给量,从而缩短磨削时间。这是为了增加磨削功率和延长砂轮的距离以降低成本。

  在保证无磨烧裂纹和保证质量的前提下,要尽量采用较高的磨削参数,缩短磨削时间,然后加大磨削功率,提高产量,保证其精度,降低表面粗糙度。通过使用合适的磨削油,在保证优异的光洁度和防锈性能的前提下,更有利于降低磨削齿面的表面应力,避免烧伤和裂纹,降低粗糙度,减少磨齿磨损。砂轮堵塞程度,保证砂轮锋利,从而减少砂轮修整,减少砂轮用量,降低成本。
